Pemilihan Uumum merupakan sebuah cara untuk
memilih wakil-wakil rakyat. Oleh karenanya bagi
sebuah negara yang menganggap dirinya sebagai
negara demokratis, Pemilihan Umum itu wajib
dilaksanakan dalam periode tertentu.

Pemilhan Umum yang diselenggarakan dalam periode
lima 5 tahun sekali adalah saat ataupun momentum
memperlihatkan secara langsung dan nyata
pemerintahan oleh rakyat. Ketika pemilihan umum
itulah semua calon yang bermimpi duduk sebagai
penyelenggara negara dan juga pemerintahan
bergantung sepenuhnya pada
kehendak atau
keinginan rakyatnya.

Election System
In this system, people are assumed as a group of
characterized individuals. These individuals
control their own right to vote. In a matter of fact,
one man one vote for one representative
institution.
 Organic Election System
In this system, people are assumed as a group of
living together individuals in various living unions.
So, the unions are primarily considered to control
the voting.
